PCI & card data
Card numbers are entered on secure pages hosted by our payment processor (PCI DSS Level 1 certified). FULTI SERVICES LIMITED does not store full card numbers on our servers.
We may retain the last four digits, card brand, and expiry for display in your billing profile.
Encryption & fraud
Payments use TLS encryption in transit. Suspicious transactions may be declined or reviewed. Report unauthorized charges to support@fulti.co.zm and your card issuer promptly.
Your responsibilities
Keep login credentials private. Use a trusted device and network when updating payment methods. Never share one-time passwords or card CVV in email or chat.
