Customers are responsible for ensuring that use of Council AI services is lawful within their country. FULTI SERVICES LIMITED reserves the right to restrict access where required by law, card scheme requirements, or risk policies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FULTI SERVICES LIMITED shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant service.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
