Council AI is a digital subscription. Access begins when your payment is confirmed and your account is activated — typically within minutes.

You may cancel auto-renewal anytime from account billing settings or by emailing support@fulti.co.zm.

After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the current paid period; no further charges are made unless you resubscribe.

If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first paid charge for that plan. We review requests for duplicate billing, failed delivery of access, or material service issues.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method in USD within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

Partial-month usage after the refund window, chargebacks filed without contacting support, or violations of our Terms may not qualify for a refund.
