Refund, Cancellation & Service Fulfilment Policy

How services purchased through fulti.co.zm are delivered, cancelled, and refunded.

Introduction

This Refund, Cancellation and Service Fulfilment Policy applies to all services purchased through fulti.co.zm, operated by FULTI SERVICES LIMITED (Registration Number 120251031798), having its registered office at House No. 4, Bishop Road, Kabulonga, Lusaka, Lusaka Province, Zambia.

Council AI provides digital AI-powered advisory and consultation services. By purchasing any service, customers acknowledge and accept this policy.

Service delivery

Council AI provides digital services and does not ordinarily deliver physical goods. Services are fulfilled electronically and may be delivered through website access, user dashboards, email communications, AI interactions, online consultations, and digital reports and recommendations.

Typical delivery timelines are:

  • Automated services: immediately after successful payment
  • Email confirmations: within 24 hours
  • Human-assisted services: within 1 to 5 business days
  • Complex or customized assignments: timelines communicated separately

Cancellation policy

Customers may request cancellation by emailing support@fulti.co.zm. Cancellation may be accepted where:

  • Service delivery has not commenced
  • Digital access has not been used
  • No customized work has started

Refund policy

Refund requests may be approved where:

  • Duplicate payments occurred
  • Customers were charged incorrectly
  • Services were not delivered
  • Council AI is unable to provide the purchased service
  • Technical failures prevented access

Refunds are generally not available where:

  • The customer changes their mind after receiving access
  • Services have already been delivered
  • Customized work has commenced
  • Incorrect information was supplied by the customer
  • The customer expected a guaranteed business, legal, tax, medical, financial, or investment outcome

Approved refunds will normally be initiated within 7 to 14 business days.

Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact support@fulti.co.zm before initiating a chargeback with their bank. FULTI SERVICES LIMITED reserves the right to submit evidence of service delivery and customer acceptance to acquiring banks, issuing banks, payment processors, and card schemes.
